Site Policies
Comments are open for a limited amount of time, moderated for spam and defamation. Discussion is encouraged, within the bounds of polite behavior.
Materials posted on this site do not necessarily reflect my own personal views of Unitarian Universalism, and may be posted with the intention of providing food for thought. The selection process is approached through a positive lens: what about this writing inspires me, encourages me, stretches me? Does this writing offer a glimpse into the Good News of Unitarian Universalism?
Submissions are encouraged, provided they include a url (web address) for the material in question. I do not guarantee that every submission will be posted to the site.
The internet is a fluid medium, and websites come and go without warning. In order to preserve writings included in this archive, I do post complete text, with links to the originating source. I do not edit the material’s content in any way, though I do format it to fit into the graphic style of this site and sometimes correct obvious typos. All writings of course remain the property of their authors, and are credited to the original author to the best of my ability. I do not make any claims as to the accuracy of information on other websites, but do my best to verify sources where possible.
The purpose of this site is NOT to pass off others’ writings as my own, or to violate any copyright. Writings are collected here with the intention of exposing their message to a larger, appreciative audience. If I have quoted your work and you would like it removed from the site, please leave a comment on the pertinent post. All comments are emailed directly to me, and I will comply with your request upon receipt. You can also use the contact form linked in the sidebar — please just make sure to include the url of the post in question.
